I am a designer trying out developing a website for a project.
I wanted to create an interactive website like the below:

Which includes a video playing on scroll.
Found a codepen but I am not familiar with the code architecture that my attempts are not working.
The main challenge is to use Vimeo embedded video instead of mp4 from the tutorial.
If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.
