Adding class to the element on scroll

I’m trying to replicate the effect on the navbar from this site: https://collectedcoffee.com
Basically, once the navbar reaches the top of the page it gets assigned another class.

Is there a way to replicate this without creating a duplicate navbar?

Do you mean sticky navbar?

Currently the only way to add a class to elements on live site is via custom code.
