I want to skip the form submission. I want to update a row on google sheets everytime an item is entered manually/directly on to webflow CMS.

Use Webflow’s cms-item-updated / created / deleted webhook triggers. You may be able to find these pre-packaged in tools like Zapier and Make, as a convenience.
