Hi Jonathan,
There’s a separate bit for that. You need to set the On Hover state of the button. It’s a tiny ‘switch’ in the top right corner of the control panel on the right of the screen. Once you create an on-hover state, that little ‘switch’ will be green, IIRC.
It is completely unrelated to the OP, though.
