So I’ve got a website, where I used an absolutely positioned image inside another image. When resizing, that image doesn’t rezise nicely and I’m without solutions how to somehow fix that.

In order for the two images to remain in relationship and responsive is to use % for the sizing and positioning.
Here are the settings I use in the styles panel in desktop breakpoint for the screen overlay image. Click to enlarge. These settings cascade down to the lower breakpoints and keep it all together.
