Zoom Out, Elements Move left

For some reason whenever I design a site, if I view it in the browser and start to zoom out, all of the elements eventually move to the left instead of staying in the center and changing size. can someone let me know what I am doing wrong?

Can you please clarify which Device, OS, Browser and preview page so we can reproduce the issue? This way we can give you a better answer.
