Zapier+typeform to send SMS to users about new blog post

Is it possible to make a zap where a user can submit their phone number via a form so he get SMS about new blog post.

More info is here;

But webflow has only a Zap to create a new CMS item. Until a new functionality is added, this may be impossible to do.
