Zap problem - adding a form

I’m trying to create a Zap using a form submission and Zapier is not seeing the form. I have made a submission and published but still its not showing up.

I figured it out: I started the Zap again and it saw my form.

Yes it can be. I have 2 Zaps working on a really big project, so far so good, it goes live on Monday AM, I am all fingers crossed.
