Z-index draggable interaction on mobile

hello!

I am trying to create a page where there are draggable elements that can be clicked through to the next element. I used some custom script and got things to just how I’d like them but when I tested on mobile the dragging interaction doesn’t work. Would anyone know how to solve in order to have a similar experience on mobile?
