YouTube component background svg - bug?

When inserting a YouTube component, I notice the ‘w-embed-youtubevideo’ class is automatically created.

However, the background ‘youtube-placeholder.svg’ which is called is not automatically created in the images folder.

Is this a bug?

I only noticed after submitting site to google for a recrawl.

No. The SVG is served from Webflow. Just invoked with JavaScript. No point in adding a common resource to every project.
