In the editor I’ve adjusted the SEO for my page to simply say the name of my website and a small description. I have saved this numerous times, however when I Google my page it comes up as Example Page - Webflow Template. The SEO seems to be working for other pages on the site, however it continues to do this for the home page.

I can take time for Google to re-index your site. In the mean-time go get yourself some incoming links from good sites.
