So I am looking at my html code after downloading my pages from Webflow and I notice this addition to all of my classes:
w-
For example: div class=“w-row”
Can I get rid of these w- additions without screwing up my code?

Nope. this is how webflow works, in order to secure the class names and make them rather unique, there’s a w- addition. That shouldn’t bother you that much though.
It isn’t odd. It is common practice to use unique class names to avoid conflic with other code; either user generted code or third party code.
