Writing custom code (PHP or Jquery)

Hey Guys,
I need to write a custom code for 2 things:

  1. A form which would take the user inputs (including an image file) and store it at parse.com
  2. a widget (with a possibility for custom styling) which will be showing data from parse.com (including image), it will have to have a button which will allow showing results one by one.
    As I understand this code can be done either with php or jquery
