Why when i copy project i see just loading

i see that few times i clone project but in Designer its just stucked on loading page i see structure but cant visual changing it i think probably you have same mistace if clone it:

It loads ok for me - which browser are you trying to open it with?
Does it work in Incognito mode?

On preview, the initial screen is dark blue, then you see the page as you scroll…

Is it the ‘loading page’ with white bar that you are seeing?
