Why is one part of mobile not following pattern?

hi all -

i did a zig zag design on my webflow, but for some reason the second section on the site, it puts the picture first instead of the text first and then picture.

Every other part falls into place.

Been sitting here for 4 hours trying to figure this out and at this point have completely given up.

Not even sure if i have this all set up correctly or there is layers that are unnecessary on the site.

Truly just burnt out…
