Why is my scroll nav acting up?

Hello,

So I have a nav and a nav scroll, the scroll appears when you scroll down on the desktop, and I had it hidden on tablet and both mobiles. But its still appearing and appearing in a weird color that is not assigned. Help?

I figured out the color issue but the nav-scroll is still appearing even though it’s off.
