My header links bump up when I hover over my drop down link (SERVICES). No Idea why.

It’s the bottom padding on the Open state of Dropdown Toggle.
I’d recommend you do a lot of other cleanup as well, any time you apply a style ( shows as a blue setting in the right side panel ), you’re overriding the default settings. There are times when that’s necessary, but in most cases it creates problems with interactions, scripts, and general layout debugging.
I’d spend some time identifying the ones you don’t need, and revert them so they’re no longer overridden. Most especially anything layout related- Display, margin, padding, size, position, top/right/bottom/left, etc. You’ll save yourself some grief later.
Truly amazing the way you were able to track that down. Thank you so much I had no idea how I manged that. It was fine before but when I went into to make adjustments on the mobile instance it started doing that on the desktop instance.
