hi guys…i was editing website, i was editing for desktop and mobile view,…After publishing the website, why am I not seeing the desktop version of the website, but the version for 1280px and up? i was editing the text boxes,i am not sure if i increased the box size or…how did i mess up the breakpoints for desktop version. please tell me how to fix this … Thanks
Click where it says 1188 and you can adjust there.
Thanks Justine, for the quick response…i will add 1279 here ??? isn’t 1188 is default number for Desktop versions? this is not cause any further error? and i am not talking webflow view of website, i am talking after publication, when i open my website, i see 1280px version…not desktop version…
I’ve not changed any of my settings, that’s just what was already there, I genuinely do not know what the standard widths are… but I am sure I can find some…
so, i need to replace 1188 with some other number?
No, that’s just where you would be changing it. you don’t need to change anything to it at all unless you want it to represent a specific screen size. Typically, I don’t even touch the break points, they are comfortable for my use cases as they are.
so how can i fix the published version of website. i webflow i see normal desktop version, but in published version i see a bit smaller/zoomed out version just like 1280px and up.
I don’t have a specific answer for that. Change the size to the screen size you are viewing and publish again. It should adjust automatically based on the breakpoints you set.
i tried, but…So i have restored from yesterday’s version of website… Thanks for your help
