Who made my images tiny?

I have been struggling with this. No idea why it happens, but sometimes the “main image” on my blog posts gets turned into a teeny tiny wee image! See here:

Anyone know what’s going on?

Diagnosing front end issues requires being able to see the front end in a browser. It would be helpful if you could share a published URL to the page, so inspection is possible.
