Our website experiences a brief white flicker when navigating to primary pages, and I can’t seem to figure out why this is happening.
I set the body and HTML background to black, but I still see a white flash when navigating between pages.

You have not shared your designer readonly link, so it’s difficult for the community to help.
However, I can see that your background black is set from an external CSS file that’s being delivered from github. My guess is Webflow’s CSS is loading first, with a default-white background and your github custom CSS is loading just after that and setting it to black.
