"While the page is scrolling" horizontal trigger

Hi all,

I am trying to create a pager trigger " while the page is scrolling" to my page. I want to trigger is when I scroll horizontal ( and I am creating a horizontal movement website). If anyone how to create it, please let me know. Much appreciated!!!
