If you don’t have anything in the field on that project then it won’t be sent (I removed the email from the above screenshot for privacy) so firstly make sure you have an email address listed on this page. Assuming there is an email address listed, I’d check your spam folder just to be sure.

I did find a post from this year that suggests to use an alternate email address in the event of blacklisted domains. Doesn’t provide much other info, but I’d test another email to see if it’s that address that’s the problem.
