When NavBar is Fixed, it changes to static after closing Menu Animation in mobile version

Hi, i have created a website which behaves strangely after i created it’s transitions.

my pages looks fairly simple, with a fixed navbar on top, but when i open the menu and close it, the navbar slides with the page.

please help
