I recently built out the website presharoo.com.au, and it’s been going well. I looked at the data from the last 2 weeks compared to the previous 2 weeks and my conversion rate had dropped.
One of the things I had pointed out was the website speed - I’ve gotten it down from 8 secs to 3-4 seconds, however this is still so slow compared to other websites i work on.

Maybe I’m missing something that’s right in front of me, or maybe it’s something that I haven’t dabbled in before.
I lazy loaded all the images aside from the logo and above fold, and lazy loaded all of my embedded videos with some custom code as well.
