What is the best way to underline a text?

Hi there,

I would like to underline a text with the -5% padding. I tried to add a text span and play around with the padding but i couldn’t do it as i want it to be. Here is an example of what i want to achieve,

How can i do as in the image with the responsive in all screen sizes?

Inner box shadow will do it. You’ll have to play with the values but something like this:
