What exactly is a "clone" of a website on Webflow

Hello Webflow Community,

I am completely new to Webflow (so far I’m loving it!) and I plan on getting stronger in web design. I see cloning is the best way to see what other opportunities you can create with a website.

This may be a “stupid question” but exactly how to you clone a website in Webflow?

Hi @Chidozie_Acey great question! You can clone public Webflow sites that are set to be “Cloneable”, there are quite a few available here: The best cloneable websites - Webflow :smiley:

When you clone a site, you are creating an exact replica of that site and bringing it into your own account where you can start working on it, dissecting it and customizing it :smiley:
