I came across this website: http://www.grow.com/ and I love how they utilized their white labeled chat box/message system. Any Idea of what they used to implement this? Looks great.

The system is called Intercom!
I found it in the source code.

Our sales and support team are both on it, so when a chat comes in, we can assign it to the correct team.
