I have attached the image showing the issue. Apparently, it intermittently occurs on both Chrome & Safari. Personally, I have never seen the issue but it has been reported to me many times.

No, the issue has not been resolved. As I mentioned, I’ve personally never seen the issue occur but it has been reported to me several times.
