I created a wedding invitation and was wondering if there’s a way for an invitee to click on the date and it should create an event to add to their calendar (iOS and Android).
Any suggestions?

There are various approaches you can take for this…
You could create an event in your calendar, make it public and then embed the share link (e.g. in Google Calendar when you ‘Publish event’ it will generate the link code for adding the event)
Alternatively you could create an ics format event and make that a download link for the user.
