Hi, I have had my client run his site through Page Speed Insights and the results are very poor and he’s not happy. Any ideas on how I can improve on this as he’s claiming that he’s losing business?

I would start with converting to local fonts instead of Google hosted.
I would also ditch the slider on the home page. People don’t engage with them and they just add bloat. If there is content worth displaying then include it on the page.
Webflow e-comm drops a bomb of JS on a site and once enabled on a project you have to live with it.
I could probably come up with a bunch more if I threw some time on your project but I reserve that for professional service engagements.
