Website won't show animation

My website seems broken. It will not show animations in preview or the published site. I have tried different browsers and a different computer but nothing works. I’m not sure what to do. I know the animation isn’t broken because it previously worked throughout the main page. Further more if I copy and past a component that has an animation into another page of the site it works just fine in there.

Any one have any ideas?

Thank you so much for the insight! I will contact them. Have a good one.

Hello!

I can help you troubleshoot the issue with your animations not displaying correctly. It sounds like there may be a specific problem with the settings or interactions on the affected pages. Let’s review together to identify and resolve the issue.

Thanks!

Hi I actually reached out to you guys and was able to resolve! Had a animation where I had a BG color change but I didn’t define the class during the page load so the site essentially broke or froze not knowing what to do since the class wasn’t defined.

Thanks for reaching out and helping me. Hope this helps someone else if they ever experience the same issue!

I’m also experiencing an issue with animations on my Webflow site. While the animations were previously functioning correctly across the main page and other sections, they now fail to appear on certain pages both in preview and once published.

I would check your animations and see if there is any part of the interaction where a class isn’t defined (i.e. its empty). Based on my understanding, if there is, the site most freezes looking for the class where that interaction is happening. You just need to remove that part of the interaction or define a class for it and you should be good to go.
