Website won't downsize correctly

Creating a website and working on the mobile responsiveness but the hero section isn’t responding as I would like. When I shrink the screen size the text gets bigger but the image stays relatively the same size.

Eventually, the text gets so big that the image covers part of the headline.

I would for the text and image to scale up and down proportionately.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

First You need to reset the image size, then I highly recommend to use Grid as shown in the attach clip.
