Website show log in on Google and firefox

Good evening. I’ve noticed that when I visit my website, while not logged in, it shows an arrow pointing upwards on the far right hand corner, for logging in. It use to just show up on the Firefox browser. Now it shows up on Google Chrome. How do I get rid of that? To me, this is tacky. I don’t need visitors seeing this. It’s feels like an indirect way for advertising, without the designer’s consent. Like a Carmax that has their branding on every car that they sale to their customers. Plus it’s also a distraction.

The part where you share a link is kind of essential to looking into the issue.

Solved the issue. It was a clear cache issue. Thanks.
