Somehow the site on load scrolls on to the bottom of page instead of loading top section
what is it I am doing wrong.

@rachit What are you trying to accomplish here with this animation. Currently you have the same animation for both starting to load and when the page finishes loading and they are set to initial states.

Check out this tutorial for getting started with page load animations.
