Im new to webflow and im in the process of making a webflow eccomerce store for a start up utilizing shopify. The following are some minor issues that im struggling with, if anyone has anymore suggestions overall for an eccomerce jewlery website im open to taking suggestions!
1920px Breakpoint / Desktop Styling
The 1920px breakpoint is exactly how I want all of my homepages to look. If possible, I’d like an easy way to transfer the styling from the 1920px breakpoint to the main desktop breakpoint so everything stays consistent.

Collections Slider Issue
On the homepage, the “collections slider” section seems to be linked together. When I change the images on the first three slider cards, the same images appear on the next three cards. I’m not able to locate the second set of cards in the Navigator, so I can’t edit them individually. I’d like these cards to be separate so I can change each one independently.

Responsiveness
I want the site to be fully responsive. This includes making sure features like Add to Cart, the search bar, links, and other UI elements work properly across all breakpoints.

About Us Page – Scroll Feature
On the About Us page, I want to add a scroll-triggered animation where each Adinkra symbol appears one by one as the user scrolls—almost like a domino effect.
I also want to know if there is an easy way to create custom icons so I can replace the default Webflow icons with my Adinkra symbols.

Product Filtering / Collections Setup
Under “All Pages,” all my Shopify products are displayed, but I’m unsure how to better organize the filtered section.

  • I want the collections on the homepage to link directly to the Adinkra collections and filter the products accordingly.

  • For the filtering options, I want “Jewelry Type” to be organized by category (necklace, bracelet, anklet, ring, etc.).

Navigation Bar Styling
I want the nav bar on all pages—except the homepage—to be the brown color. Currently, it looks like the entire background of those pages is brown, and I’m not sure how to remove the extra brown space.

Desktop is the base breakpoint, 1920px only overrides it, so build on Desktop for consistency.
Slider images repeat because they’re a single CMS item or symbol; duplicate slides inside the slider or detach it to edit each card.

Hey Janelle, just wanted to throw my 2 cents in here.
If you are new to Webflow, I’d say that creating an ecommerce site is a pretty difficult task to achieve to a high standard. I see you’re using Shopyflow for the integration, who have great customer support and I have only good things to say about.

That said, I have recently experienced some huge issues with hosting an ecommerce site on Webflow. I wish someone would have said this to me before I started creating the site in Webflow.

Have you considered just using a Shopify theme?
Chances are, it will be:

  • faster
  • more accessible
  • easier for your client to make changes
