We are getting some programmatic marketing done. The company we are using is American and we are based in Canada. When they try and view our website they get an error saying “redirected you too many times” The website works perfect when a Canadian user access it

If the DNS settings are new I can take 24-48 hours for them to propagate across the internet. Site loads fine for me in the US.

I did set the WWW domain as the default and republished since the other one was set as the default
would that have caused the issue? Are you in America and can check to see if the website is viewable now?
Yes, When not setting www as default this happends

I set the default domain to www. and it worked
