Hello Everyone,
I am new to this community. I am facing an issue to index my website https://www.green-developments.co.uk. I have checked all the changes in the backend and everything is fine.
I have submitted the website 3-4 times in the Search Console for indexing but it didn’t index yet. None of the error is found in the search console.

Please have a look and help me to resolve this issue ASAP.
