Webflow + sign in a blue circle

Does anyone know how to remove the designer interface + sign in a blue circle that keeps showing when I hover near the top or bottom of the designer interface?

It only seems to be happening on my clients beginner account, is it some type of tutorial aid?

Hey Graham, just a guess, but is it possible that they’re using the page builder mode?

Since that mode is designed for less technical users, and involves a lot of section placement, this would make sense to me. If you’ve used email newsletter builders it looks similar.
