Webflow seems to have dropped hosting for my client's account

In October 2020 I built a small webflow site for a client.
my client approved it, purchased 1 year of WF hosting, and I linked their custom domain.
today i noticed that hosting has been dropped…

Thankfully not for me. That could get me fired by a client. I would open a ticket ASAP.

Thanks. Yes, I opened a customer support comm five days ago, with no response yet…
Luckily the site itself is fine when seen thru a browser, but not thru webflow where it’s hosted, and future edits will not be possible… weird
