Hi, can anybody explain why the “brand” element is offset. It’s giving me lots of trouble.

On the all links class you have add 10px top.
Just remove it
By the way, if a div looks like that (dash line)
It means that you can see it on the designer but that it won’t show on live site/export.
Why ? Because it doesn’t have a width or height
