Webflow Forms: How to designate Recipients.

In one of our websites created in webflow, I have multiple forms for different topics. I want to designate specific agents to receive info from specific forms.

Example:

Form 1) Info goes to me and Agent 1 and not to agent 2 or 3.

Form 2) info goes to me and agent 2 and not to agent 1 or 3

Form 3) info goes to me and agent 3 and not to agent 1 or 2.

It seems to me that whoever i put as the recipients will receive the data from all forms as it it.

Correct. That’s a limitation.

For one site I did for a client, we created an email address specifically for getting all the form data. Then, there’s a set of filters looking for form names and forwarding to the concerned recipients.
