Webflow Form No Longer Sending Info to Mailchimp

Hi Folks,

I hooked up my webflow form to Mailchimp following the instruction video:

How to integrate Mailchimp and Webflow? (Basic Setup, Custom Fields, Tags)

It worked perfectly for several months, but at the end of March’24 it stopped posting the NAME and MESSAGE data. The site was static, so this wasn’t caused by any new code that I released during this timeframe.

Any thoughts on how I could solve this issue?
