Webflow form html code "day of birth"

Hi, I just made a new submission form for my new clients. I used a html code to make “day of birth” option. I wonder how to round corners 12px.

Use the same class for all the input fields.

It still wont work. The “Date og birth” input is a “html” code. I think we need somebody who can make a new code for me.
