Webflow crashes every time I try to open CMS item

I have an issue with CMS. There are many CMS items on my website that get updated through the webflow API. If I download the cms collection and view it in excel, everything is correct and all items are up to date the way they should be. However, when viewing the website online, there are many missing values within many different cms items.

When I try to access any of these CMS items that are causing issues directly within Webflow, it causes webflow to crash. Here is a link to a demo of the issue: https://photos.app.goo.gl/hEybR6UDEhJGfToc7

Can anyone help me figure out why Webflow crashes when I try to open CMS items directly within webflow? Also, why is it that when downloading the CMS collection, every item has all of it’s values, but within the designer and within CMS management, there are missing values?

Happy to provide more information if necessary. This has been going on for months and I haven’t been able to find a solution.

Hey Zeke, the community can help with technique, guidance, solutions, but can do very little regarding systems issues.

You’ll want to contact support regarding both issues.

For the crash issue, make sure to do the basics-
Disable all browser extensions
Clear your cache
Try a different network
Disable antivirus, etc.

All of those can have an impact on large complex webapps like Webflow.
