A quick SSL test shows A+ results for your site, which means your site is very secure. If you’re having concerns about external results, I’d recommend opening a support ticket so it can be tracked and routed to the necessary team.
How can I contact support directly? The AI Assistant is not functional for me. I have not been able to submit a support ticket through that new process.

The support does not work for me, it gets stuck on the “chat with webflow” step with an endless loading circle.

@annettei you can simply tell the chatbox “open a ticket”.
But as Mark said, your SSL certificate is 100% fine, even though you are still on Webflow’s legacy hosting configuration.
If you’ve received some kind of random email saying you’re insecure, it’s a scammer.

I cant simply tell chat to open a ticket because the chat itself never loads. I need an alternative solution to open a ticket or contact support directly via email if possible. As mentioned above with the screenshot, the step to “Chat with Webflow” is not functional. It gets stuck in a loading state. I have not been able to submit a support ticket since this updated process.
I’ve never experienced that- but just like the designer there’s some complex code there. You likely have a browser extension that’s interfering.
Try Chrome incognito mode, VPN off.
