I cant simply tell chat to open a ticket because the chat itself never loads. I need an alternative solution to open a ticket or contact support directly via email if possible. As mentioned above with the screenshot, the step to “Chat with Webflow” is not functional. It gets stuck in a loading state. I have not been able to submit a support ticket since this updated process.
