Wave Wrapper in webflow

Hi,

I’ve inspected the code, but still not entirely sure how it’s been acomplished, nor would I know how to go on about it in webflow.

Any gurus out there able to give me a helping hand how to solve this issue?

I’m specifically looking how to re-create the waves at the top and bottom of the page.
