Hi! My site utilizes a lot of videos that are embedded into our webpages using Vimeo and the WebFlow Video Element.
I’ve received reports from my customers that while viewing the videos on Mobile, that their device won’t register that they’re watching anything, and will go into Sleep Mode as if they’re not doing anything on their phone.
Any advice on this would be extremely helpful, thank you!
