I like appear.in but their free plan only allows for 4 people joining

You can use Zoom, R-HUB HD video conferencing servers etc. They allow top connect more than 5 members in an online meeting.

Zoom app is a great app as members can join a meeting from their phone, desktop, etc. All plans support up to 100 members by default in each meeting
