I am a total new guy to webflow but I love it.
With that being said I am struggling with some basic stuff.
I am trying to add a layer over the video to darken it a bit,
but when I do it only covers part of the video. I have attached a screen shot.

Select you bg video element and remove the overflow style :

I did what you suggested, but it didn’t seem to have any effect.
I wonder if I have my BG video styled incorrectly.

Well. The solution has cut my video in half. I would like the video to be full size. When I get the video to be full size it still has the overlay half the size of the video.
Issue is resolved. Thank you!
