Video and Image Overlay on top of it

Hey Team,

I have an div-> image (position: relative; z-index: 10) Overlay ontop of an div → embed youtube video (Position: static).

The image sits on half of the video, making the top half of the video non-clickable
The bottom half of the video is clickable to play.

How do I make the top half of the video where the image is sitting on clickable for the video?
